Template:VandalismElite Builder is a rank you obtain by submitting a form linked here. Obtaining it will give you a special Elite Builder Hat and a Elite Builder tag (In the Players Tab.) . Getting Elite Builder rank is hard as you need very good building skills, which most people probably have, but I'm not too sure about that, I just edited this page to fix the vandalism, and deleted parts.

Elite Builder is a very hard rank to obtain. You have to make a world for upgrading your builds if you want to join them.
