Elite Builder is a rank you obtain by submitting a form linked here. Obtaining it gives a special hat, a special perm bracket (etc. in a world your perm will be visitor/other perm (elite builder) and not just visitor/other perm). It literally does nothing else. People who obtain this rank have created amazing games and builds. They truly deserve it. Some notable members are:

- CallMeMatt
- Hazem
Elite Builder is a very hard rank to obtain. You have to make a world for upgrading your builds if you want to join them.
