Well the writer of this articleI (noobarmy555) started playing blockateBlockate around the start of 2019 or the end of 2018, so this might not be accurate. Anyways, around like, julyJuly or juneJune of 2019, these gamesworlds started to get popular. It was popularized by "donDon't pressPress the buttonButton". Then, someone made "theThe cakeCake is a lieLie". Then after that "donDon't touchTouch myMy blockBlock" popped up. That was when don't press the button gamesworlds became don't touch gamesworlds.

The title and object you have to press is probably based off Don't Press The Button (real robloxRoblox game, not on blockateBlockate) which is a game like the normal elevator.
