The decal & effect commands has 2 ways to place decals, either using the ID from the roblox catalog, or saying the name of the effect / decal, For example, Saying !decal Grass will make a picture of grass appear instead of having to type the ID from the roblox catalog, This page will list many of the Shortcut decals & effects.
