Can someone put info about the hats, worlds and stuff?

Blockate Halloween Event 2018

Blockate Halloween Event is an event that was 'organized' by the community. On September the 11th, on the Blockate Discord the event was announced. This covers what happened in the event before (and eventually after) the worlds and the arguments and the mess that was the Halloween Event

Hubs

The community wanted to stick close to the Egg Hunt 2018 lobby and did so quite well, only problem is many people rushed to make hubs and most have been lost. The one which remains as the one used for the event is friendlydofo's hub simply titled (right now) as spook.

Worlds

There are many different genres entering the event from an FPS to Egg Hunt! The community voted in some of the best worlds (and those of volunteers) to come out with roughly 6 to 9 worlds. Still quite alot compared to the amount it originally could hold.

Hats

All creators of the world chose a hat to be featured in their world, however it wasn't smooth sailing from one user leaving the discord server mid event with no reason known currently. However the confusion came from...

Leadership

The events falling point was trying to organize it, for the 100 hubs and lack of games it was off to a rough start. The community started to say the event was a failure and they shouldn't do it. This dropped most people out (Including me) but we all eventually let the people do what they do and ignore the chat that was #halloween-event.

Where could we improve?

Leadership

The event was a mess due to the amount if people shouting different orders at different players, especially about the event starting. To fix this we could easily vote for a leader for next event.

A system

If we organize a system we could have better results and an alright time from the event if we vote on who does what, and if needed others can help from the highest votes to the least.

Final Words

If we are given a second chance we need to figure things out before everything gets to this point again, we decide who does what before we set to work. This way the mess that is Halloween Event 2018 will never repeat...
