Blockate was put under review by Roblox administrators on the 18th of September, 2019. This is known as the 2019 shutdown.
Blockate came back on September 30th, 2019, which lead to the Halloween Event Submissions to be extended to the 15th of October.
Reason
Blockate's player-base had actually caused the shutdown, with many users thinking they were funny by building "items" that were against Roblox ToS, and the use of Discord invites.
