Blockate was put under review by Roblox administrators on the 18th of September, 2019, however no reason or explanation was given. This is known as the September 18th shutdown.
Blockate came back on September 30th, 2019, which lead to the Halloween Event Submissions to be extended to the 15th of October.
Speculations and Theories
Many users suggested that Blogckate was shut down for being a copy of Blocklr or for just being too similar to Rofda
Another theory is that Blockate's head developer, Fewkz, had broke Roblox terms of service and got Blockate shut dfown; However this theory was also not very credible.gfgdaAnother theory is that it waggs shut down because of a popular game using copyrighted material from the Pokemon Franchise, although it was debunked.
