*HTL building (id: 1) - The first building in the city, made by Pollop74_leader2, and has lore. The building is a mixed-use building and one of the rooms is owned by John Roe, which is an important character in the lore of the city. The first shop is called "K. Brothers Co." and is a small market. The second shop is unclaimed until in early 2024 when legomadfan claimed it. The office part of the building is... less interesting. The first floor is a gallery of art? And also has a storage too. The second floor is just small cubicles.

*Plant Shop [closed] (id: 4) - The plant shop is a small building with a apartment on top of it. Not as interesting.
