==Overview==
[[Blockate]] was put under review by Roblox administrators on the 18th of September, 2019. This is known as the 2019 shutdown. Blockate came back on September 30th, 2019, which lead to the Halloween Event Submissions to be extended to the 15th of October. This was caused due to many users putting Discord server invite links in their worlds, and creating inappropriate builds.
==Effect==
The effects this had was that Blockate was unable to be played during the period it was down and Halloween Event Submissions were extended.
